Concentration and application determine how far a product goes. Compare the same wash function at a dose that delivers comparable results, then count the cars you can wash.
A $100 jug
If it treats 1,000 cars at the proper dose:
10¢ per car
A $150 jug
If it treats 2,000 cars at the proper dose:
7.5¢ per car
What that means
The $150 jug costs 50% more to buy, but its chemical cost per car is 25% lower in this example.
