The inquiry form asks for your contact details and information about your wash so CWC can respond.
Information you provide
When you submit an inquiry, the details you enter are stored using Wix Forms and made available to CWC. Please provide only information relevant to your equipment or chemical inquiry.
How we use it
CWC uses the information to respond to your request and discuss products or equipment that may meet your needs.
Website storage
The form uses Wix visitor authentication and stores a visitor token in your browser to operate the form. The cost calculator runs in your browser and does not submit its inputs to CWC.
